Hello Hurricane

Hello Hurricane Overview

Switchfoot is an alternative rock band from San Diego, CA. They are known for their energetic live shows, the three guitarists in the line-up often operate simultaneously, building on the pop sensibilities of Foreman's songwriting, rounded out by Fontamillas's work on the synthesizer, bringing his industrial roots to the sound, the band works up 'the Switchfoot sound'- a melodic crunch of densely layered sound featuring some electronic experimentation, and often driven by hard-charging guitar riffs, while throwing in a few softer ballads as well.

Customer Reviews

As a big fan of Switchfoot, I had high expectations Hello, when the hurricane was published '. Almost 3 months later, I can safely say that not to disappoint the album. In fact, it reveals Switchfoot, who can master all kinds of styles, from heartbreaking ballads, as always, and still insist on pumping songs like Bullet Soul and the measurement of me, everything in between. Listen still almost 3 months after its publication (with a lot of heavy), this disc has not yet got old. In fact, the songsI'm not mad at first as Enough To Let Me Go really grown on me. Other songs just seemed to keep better as the epic poem, free ride. I still can not even choose a favorite song on this album, all of high quality.

Even if you're not a Switchfoot fan or not listening to them after the disappointment pretty, or you're just curious and looking for new music this album is a must for your music collection to have. This is a completely new sound for a pre --amazing band, and not disappoint you.
